Health Outcomes Research & Education Program
What is health outcomes research?
A change in the health status of an individual, group or population which is attributable to a planned intervention or series of interventions, regardless of whether such an intervention was intended to change health status.
It focuses on studying the effects of health and care services for different populations. More importantly, it assesses the impact of treatments, therapies, and healthcare policies on individual outcomes, well-being, and quality of life.
